The motor home up for bid is a 1998 Winnebago Rialta model WV222RC. The whole coach is in excellent condition throughout. It has only 66,128 original miles, it looks sharp and the interior extra clean. I have put some miles on this one, it drives excellent, super easy to handle and very quiet at highway speeds. All the gauges, light, turn singles, dash a/c have been checked and work. It hasn't been smoked in, and the previous owner did not have pets.
The Rialta is equipped with a dependable VR6 cylinder 2.8 liter Volkswagen engine and 4 speed automatic transmission. It is very easy to drive and park. Don't let the size fool you. The inside has plenty of room and can sleep 2 persons and seats three with safety belts.
The WV222RC has the largest sleeping areas of any of the Rialta models. It has a full size double mattress measuring 76" x 54".
If you're a soccer mom, have a new baby, commute to work or just spending your kids inheritance, these coaches are great....easy to drive and park....and you have all the comforts of home with you.
Driver friendly instrumentation and all the convenient options like power windows, door locks, mirrors, and cruise control. The dash a/c works excellent and has an auxiliary blower to keep the rear cool too. You can also cool the Rialta by running the generator and using the 7,000 btu roof a/c....even while driving.
Only slightly over 67,000 original miles. Engine in not running is the reason you see the oil, battery, and check lights on.
From any angle the Winnebago Rialta is a beauty.
Comfortable swivel chair with a seat belt for an extra passenger. As you can see the passenger's front seat rotates and make a great dinning area for two.
The kitchen area is small, but very functional. Even a microwave oven to aid in meal preparation!! All appliances have been cleaned and detailed. They are ready to use!!!
Two burner propane stove top for cooking and stainless sink that provides hot and cold water. The water is automatically heated as you drive. It is also heated electrically by plugging in, or using the 3kw generator.
This is a 3-way Norcold refrigerator that can operate using propane, 12V or electricity. I know you can't read the thermometer, but it's about 28 degrees.
Out of all the Rialta models this is the one with the most comfortable sleeping area. The bed measures 76" x 54". Easily sleeps two!!!
Lots of cabinets and drawers for storage.
Not bad for a Class B motor home.
THE REST OF THE INTERIOR
This is the sink, toilet and expandable shower area.
Fantastic Fan above shower area.
Monitor panel and overhead controls for rear heat and air conditioning. The dark dots you see by the monitor have something to do with the lighting.
Extra large skylight for extra light and headroom in the galley area.
Interior battery compartment this located behind the driver's area. These 2 deep cycle batteries are for the house side only...the engine has it own battery for starting.
Fire extinguisher and LP leak detector...not see is the smoke alarm.
Manuals and 2 sets of keys.
THE REST OF THE EXTERIOR
All stock and original. The Rialta uses the VW VR6 engine. The displacement is 170CID which is equal to 2.8 liters and is rated 139HP @ 4750rpm.
The Rialta's roof...7000btu a/c, Fantastic Fan vent, Winegard power boosted TV antenna, and a brand new skylight.
The Rialta is equipped with 3.0KW Kohler generator with only 36 hours. The carburetor has just been recently replace.
Large rear window gives the drive great visibility.
The Rialta can tow also!
Full length awning than can be supported by the body or staked out. Very easy to operate too!
Screen door.
Plenty of tread and full sized spare.
Outside shower with hot and cold water...great for those trips to the beach.
Power mirrors both sides.

Before I list the options and features, please let me add that if you are considering the purchase of this or any motor home and you’re the average American who works hard for their money…. remember, RV’s never appreciate in value. Doesn’t mean you can’t sell one for more than you paid for it. But as a rule of thumb, their value is constantly falling. NADA Book comes out 3 times a year and very rarely does an RV ever go up in value and the newer they are the faster the values falls. In my opinion, this means the less you spend, the happier you’ll be!
When new, the original owner spent over $50,000 for this coach. By 2005 the Rialta was over $65,000. It has now depreciated about 65% of it’s original value in 11 years….and that hurts. But on the bright side, it now can be owned and driven with less depreciation.
This Rialta is extra clean inside and out, non-smoking, no pets, hasn’t been used as a full time live aboard. You won't find a nicer coach for the money!!!! Once again we will not hesitate for third party inspections at the buyers expense.
The exterior is in great condition for it's age and the whole coach has been hand waxed and detailed. As with all our motor homes, the roof has been checked and sealed for leaks. Please feel free to contact me if you have any concerns.

CONDITION REPORT
I buy and inspect 100's of motor homes a year and feel I have a very realistic idea of what is good condition and what is not. The Rialta with only 66,128 original miles, has been well maintained and not abused. It's extra clean inside and out, with no funny interior odors. All appliances are clean and in working order. As I stated before...the running condition is excellent.
What isn't just right???
1. By the driver's door there are 4 small patches of rust. I feel it is nothing to be concerned about at the present. I have seen this problem on others in the same location and seems to be an inherent problem. This motor home has always been registered in the state of California and the under carriage is basically rust free.
2. While preparing the Rialta for sale, I notice the exterior part of the 2 piece skylight had some cracks. This is also an inherent problem I have found with the older Rialtas. The exterior dome was removed, replaced with a new one and resealed....problem solved.
Other than that, EVERYTHING WORKS!!! In other words...It's ready to camp. Please keep in mind, like every other 11 year old motor home the Rialta is not flawless, but it is more than respectable...and for the reserve price we have set, it's a STEAL. Another thing I would like to humbly add...Even though I have been selling motor homes for almost 20 years, I am not perfect. Everyday I learn something new....so if I missed something, I will try to make it right. Once again we will not hesitate for third party inspections at the buyers expense.
HOW MUCH IS IT??
IN MY HUMBLE OPINION, THE RIALTA, IN IT'S SOLID RUNNING CONDITION AND COSMETIC CONDITION, IS WORTH AROUND $19,500.00, MAYBE MORE. WITH THAT IN MIND, WE HAVE SET THE "BUY IT NOW" PRICE AT $19,500*, AND THE RESERVE PRICE MUCH, MUCH LESS. IT IS A GREAT VALUE FOR SOME LUCKY EBAYER....DON'T LET THIS BE THE ONE THAT GOT AWAY!!!
